- Gas Engineer - North Devon areaReside EX21-23 & EX31-39 postcodesMonday to Friday, Saturdays on rotaWorcester Bosch are a recognised and award winning manufacturer of high efficiency heating and hot water systems, who are at the forefront of developing the next generation heating products, including solar heating, heat pumps and intelligent control systems that use renewable energy to provide sustainable low carbon heating solutions.The Role:We are currently seeking a customer focused Gas Engineer to join our Domestic Heating After Sales Team, providing world-class support to our customers, undertaking the servicing, fault-finding and repair of Worcester Bosch heating products within an area.Based from home and currently residing within the listed postcode area, you will utilise your knowledge and boiler fault finding experience to provide high levels of first time fix and ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer care.Your Experience:You will be a self-motivated, organised Gas Engineer with Boiler fault-finding skills and a passion for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You will also possess;Boiler fault-finding & repair experience (not necessarily on the Worcester product range although this could be an advantage)ACS Certification – ACS Core Gas Safety & Boilers (CCN1 and CEN1)Experience of using to test equipment, including Electrical Multi-Meter and Combustion Gas analyserAn ability to engage with customers and communicate with them effectively and confidentiallyA positive attitude, integrity, reliability and ability to work on your own initiativeA diligent and consistent approach to safeguarding your own Health & Safety and that of others during your daily workBasic IT skillsFull UK driving Licence – essentialSupporting You:Initial product Training (in excess of six weeks)Full Technical SupportOngoing development & training keeping you up to date with the latest Worcester Bosch productsThe ability to start your day from homeWorking within a team within your regionFully equipped vehicle – restocked for you every night with all the parts you need!Laptop, uniform, all meters & specialist toolsACS & Oftec renewalsReward:Our Field Engineer’s work Monday to Friday with Saturday’s on a rota basis.We support our Engineer’s work life balance with the benefit of No Callout & No Sunday working.The remuneration package includes;£42,144 package based onBasic salary of £39,960Lunch Allowance of circa £684Company Bonus of circa £1500Company Vehicle – Private use fully expensed optionPension scheme to 8%Optional Healthcare schemeLife Assurance and sickness schemeDiscounts on Bosch productsIf you fulfil the criteria, have the experience and are seeking a new challenge where you will be supported and challenged to meet you full potential – please contact our retained consultants at startMonday
