The Role:
We are currently seeking a customer focused Commercial Gas Engineer for our Commercial Heating division to provide support to our customers, undertaking the servicing, fault-finding and repair of Worcester Bosch Commercial Boilers & Renewables including Heat Pumps (Air Source & Ground Source) within the Southeast area.
Based from home and ideally residing within the Northants, Bucks, Beds area, you will utilise your knowledge and commercial boiler faultfinding experience to provide high levels of first time fix and ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer care.
The Person:
You will be a self-motivated, organised Gas Engineer with Commercial Boiler fault-finding skills and a passion for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You will also possess- Commercial Boiler fault-finding & repair experience up to 1mw
- ACS Certification – ACS Commercial elements
- An ability to engage with customers and communicate with them effectively and confidentially
- A positive attitude, integrity, reliability and ability to work on your own initiative
- A diligent and consistent approach to safeguarding your own Health & Safety and that of others during your daily work
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving Licence – essential
